Senior IT Specialist – Madrid
Seprotec Multilingual Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Madrid as a Senior IT Specialist .
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize IT infrastructure environments across on‑premises and cloud platforms.
Administer and maintain Active Directory, identity management, and access control policies.
Operate and enhance Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including identity and security configurations.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
Provide support for infrastructure‑related issues and escalations.
Execute infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and platform improvements.
Manage and optimize virtualized environments.
Support networking topics, including VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Maintain and improve technical documentation, operational procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with international teams and external service providers.
Requirements
Proven experience in system administration and infrastructure.
Proficiency in English.




Solid knowledge of Active Directory and identity & access management (IAM).
Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Proven expertise in Windows Server administration.
Understanding of IT security principles and access control frameworks.
Experience supporting networking components (VPN, firewalls, connectivity).
Experience working on infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, improvements).
Ability to provide advanced technical support.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
