Join Fever’s growing legal team at our vibrant hub in Madrid This role focuses on supporting the global expansion of our business including implementation of cutting-edge payment technologies, cashless payments, digital credit systems, and onsite payment solutions.
As a Legal Counsel focussing on payment solutions,
you will report to the Principal Counsel - Commercial Contracting, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on payment and financial regulations in markets around the world. Provide actionable business and product advice on regulatory and compliance matters related to payment systems across various jurisdictions, including researching and understanding financial and data protection regulations.
Demonstrate project administration skills in the design and implementation of financial regulation-compliant tech products.
Support Fever’s integral expansion efforts, particularly around cashless payment solutions and digital credit systems.
Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial contracts and terms with vendors, event operators, and technology partners.
Assist commercial and operations teams with POS structures, merchant reconciliation processes, and local vendor relationships.
