Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join the Sim Engineering Team of Europe's largest airline group

Our ever expanding network of simulators are in use over 20 hours per day to ensure that we can successfully carry out initial and recurrent training on over 8000 pilots per year.
As a SIM Compliance Officer, you will support the SIM Compliance Manager in conducting audits, ensuring our Compliance Department is up to date with the latest EASA and CAA sim regulations. The role has the option to be based full time in our Madrid or Malta Office.

Administration and review of Compliance Manual
Deputize for the Compliance Manager when required
Simulator Engineering experience preferred but not required as training will be given
Strong project management and communication skills
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
