You can be based in Berga, Spain and report to the Production Manager to be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the team of about 30-40 production workers.Coach and lead your team of 30 production employees in a positive manner through the direct management of team leadersYou help your team to start up, set up and adjust the production linesWork together with your team in the production environment to achieve the daily objectivesFollow the personnel planning on a daily basisDevelop improvement proposals in consultation with your fellow master guests.What we expect from you:Has completed a technical course of study (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical/Industrial/Food Technology/similar)
