The Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Mobile Developer who will play a pivotal role in our development team. As a lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment. You will define technical guidelines, mentor junior developers, and ensure that our apps are built on scalable, efficient, and innovative architectures.
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering , or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart , with proven experience in building and maintaining mobile apps.
Solid understanding of infrastructure with AWS and/or GCP , including architecture design,



deployment, and scalability.
Knowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Functions) and familiarity with API integrations.
Ability to define and implement coding standards, best practices , and scalable architectures.
Ability to guide and upskill junior developers, fostering their growth and performance.
Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Eye for detail and a product-first mindset , with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
Good level of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Typescript, Python, Node.js, Java).
Experience launching personal or side projects, especially apps.
Native iOS development experience is highly valued.
