Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and account management
Effectively resolve complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues as needed

and company policies to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus
Experience in customer support or related roles, preferably within e-commerce or retail
