We are looking for a Senior Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager with strong experience in the beauty sector to lead the brand’s global strategy for furniture design and visual merchandising. This 360º role will be responsible for translating the brand DNA, values, and campaigns into distinctive, consistent, and commercially effective retail experiences at an international level.
This person will lead both the creative conceptualization and the technical and operational execution of retail design, visual merchandising,



and point-of-sale campaigns, ensuring excellence in design, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance.
Visual Merchandising & Campaign Strategy
Define and execute the general Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
Ensure product launches, storytelling, and campaigns are communicated clearly, impactfully, and consistently at point of sale.
Think innovatively and with a digital-first mindset to keep the brand at the forefront of beauty retail.
Brand Experience & Consumer First
Ensure the brand DNA, values, and personality are consistently expressed across all physical touchpoints.
Review, evolve, and enhance existing store and VM concepts to continuously elevate the global look & feel.
Integrate consumer insights into the design of spaces, visual assets, and in-store communication.
