About the role Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front‑line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to manage the risk and control environment for our Core Payments team. You’ll partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to proactively identify and mitigate business risks while strengthening controls.
Partnering with Core Payments leadership to identify, assess, and proactively manage business and operational risks
Designing, implementing, and continuously improving risk controls, governance frameworks, and monitoring processes
Challenging existing processes, identifying control gaps,



and recommending practical improvements that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk
Collaborating closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure risks are understood and effectively managed
Supporting strategic projects involving payment schemes, banking partners, central banks, and clearing systems
7+ years of experience in business risk management, operational risk, enterprise risk, or a similar risk‑focused role within financial services, fintech, or banking
~ A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying risks early and implementing preventative controls
~ Demonstrated ownership and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced, general environment
