At Preply Business we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist that will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support our go to market teams.
Onboarding & Continuous Training
Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs for SDRs, Sales, and Post‑Sales teams to accelerate ramp‑up and productivity
Translate process changes, GTM innovations,



and product updates into structured enablement plans and bite‑sized training assets (guides, micro‑learnings, certifications). We currently use the SPICED qualification framework across the sales funnel.
Build clear rollout and measurement frameworks that track adoption and performance impact
Leverage our toolstack (Outreach, Salesforce, Attention, Vitally) to identify behavioral and skill gaps
Measure enablement ROI by linking training and coaching activities to improvements in conversion rates, deal velocity, and NRR
Act as a change ambassador during rollouts of new tools, metrics, or processes.
Own how new initiatives are packaged, launched, and reinforced across the commercial organization
Proven experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps Enablement, or GTM Learning & Development , in a B2B SaaS or marketplace business.
Deep understanding of B2B commercial motions (SDR, AE, KAM, and CS) and how they connect to
