New Business Field Sales Representative, Spanish Market

The New Business Field Sales team builds strong partnerships with wedding vendors across Spain, particularly within the Venue and Catering segment. The main responsibility of the New Business Field Sales Representative is to acquire new clients, drive business growth, and help vendors maximize their visibility and business opportunities through our platforms. This is a highly consultative and acquisition-focused sales role, combining in-person visits, video meetings, and daily phone-based commercial activity. Prospect, manage, and close new business opportunities within the Venue and Catering segment.
Maintain a high volume of commercial activity through in-person visits,



video calls, and phone outreach.
Build consultative relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals.
Deliver sales presentations focused on value, visibility, and business growth.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
Maintain accurate CRM management and pipeline organization.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team by sharing best practices and improvement opportunities.
Use data and insights to prioritize opportunities and maximize performance.
Travel approximately 50% of the working month within the assigned territory and attend meetings at the Barcelona office when required.
Previous experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, or field sales roles.
Comfortable working with KPIs, sales targets, and CRM tools.
Ability to participate effectively in meetings and trainings conducted in English.
