At Pillar, we’re building the financial operating system for the construction industry.
It’s a massive sector, full of inefficiencies and slow processes, moving billions while still operating like it’s the 1900s. We’re changing it with AI and a product that’s fast, simple, and scalable.
Who we’re looking for : UX/UI Designer
~4+ years of experience and a portfolio (or track record) that shows your ability to handle product design end-to-end.
~ Strong Figma skills: components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping.
~ Experience working with complex, scalable Design Systems—you know how to expand and maintain them.




~ Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
~ Proactive problem solver who can drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
~ Proficient english

Familiarity with Next.js/React and the shadcn/ui library—you can speak the frontend developers’ language
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
or prior experience in fintech or similar products
Italian speaker
