You'll drive Elum's commercial expansion across Europe building strategic partnerships, closing deals, and representing Elum in front of EPCs, IPPs, distributors, and energy specialists. Based in Spain, you'll report directly to the VP Sales and have full ownership of the European market development.
Commercial Development
Develop and execute a commercial strategy to maximize Elum's sales across Europe
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to contract signature
Carry out technical and commercial offers and lead financial negotiations until close
Create strategic partnerships with local PV/BESS manufacturers and integrators
Build distribution partnerships with solar distributors across European markets




Plan and conduct sales and distributor business reviews aligned with annual goals and channel strategies
Report pipeline and activity through CRM/ERP tools
Master's degree in a technical field, business, or engineering equivalent
Proven experience in solar sales - hybrid projects or energy storage is a strong plus
Experience in sales across European markets - distribution experience is a plus
Excellent network across the European renewable energy ecosystem: Full fluency in English and Spanish - any additional European language is a strong asset
Hands-on experience with CRM tools for pipeline and reporting management
