Role Overview
The Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative manages multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth. The role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifies churn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners. The idóneo candidate demonstrates strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to execute renewals independently using CRM tools and established playbooks.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday with an expectation to be in the office three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end renewal motions, streamlining workflows and minimizing manual intervention.
- Close customer renewals to protect and retain the existing customer base, ensuring accuracy and on‑time execution.
- Drive and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal using standard sales plays.




- Monitor account auto‑renewal status and intervene when auto‑renewals are disabled to prevent churn.
- Work directly with customer procurement teams to complete renewal transactions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM and renewal tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on larger cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
- Engage and, when needed, partner with Customer Success Managers to support retention and adoption during post‑sale engagements.
- Provide light‑touch support to authorized partners.
- Share insights on churn risks, renewal blockers, and missed upsell opportunities across internal teams.
- Gather and deliver customer feedback related to products, packaging, and renewal experience.

Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management, or customer‑facing sales roles.
- Experience closing deals or renewals, including customer communication and follow‑up.
