What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Understand client needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure services meet or exceed expectations
- Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating internally with operations, marketing, and product teams
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and proactively address challenges
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services, helping clients maximize value
- Collaborate closely with international teams to align on objectives, strategies, and results

Who You Are
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Previous experience in account management,
