Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio.
Develop commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts.
implement sourcing, events, synergies, communities, and other methods to screen candidate CVs.
Contact and qualify candidates through interviews and act as a coach during their job investigation.
Optimize talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solutions.
Leverage candidates’ career plans by building social and trust relationships.
Open‑minded and sociable, eager to participate in challenging projects and persist through setbacks.
Experience as a business developer for a recruitment agency or a startup (not mandatory).
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Nice and modern office.
