Manage the full motion graphics pipeline—from high-level ideation and storyboarding to final animation, sound design, and delivery.
Brand Evolution: High-Performance Creative: Produce stunning motion assets for general User Acquisition (UA) campaigns, ensuring every frame is optimized for engagement and conversion.
Champion Generative AI tools (video-to-video, image generation, AI-driven animation) to accelerate production and pioneer new visual styles.
Create tailored video content for diverse platforms (TikTok, X, Instagram, Web), understanding the specific pacing and trends of each.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UA and Product teams to translate data insights into winning creative iterations.




A world-class reel demonstrating mastery of motion, timing, typography, and storytelling (specifically within tech, gaming, or entertainment).
~ Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and essential AE plugins (Particular, Optical Flares, etc.) — 3D Proficiency: Strong experience in 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) is highly preferred for creating immersive environments and characters — an advantage.
~ Understanding of UA metrics (CTR, CVR) and the ability to pivot creative direction based on performance data.
~ Ability to articulate creative decisions to stakeholders and coordinate with external partners/freelancers when necessary.
