Learnlife is seeking a Learning Guide Assistant to support the Primary Years Program in Castelldefels.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 4:45pm.
Learnlife’s mission is to create a paradigm shift in learning worldwide. This is not a traditional school. In this role you will support the learning guides in a smooth day‑to‑day experience with learners. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, communicates well, understands the importance of strong personal relationships, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, innovative and agile environment.
Assist learners through daily learning experiences, as overseen by the Learning Guides, to track their growth, needs, and individualized planning.




Work collaboratively with the learning team to assist in learning experiences in particular areas for all three programme groups: In collaboration with other educators, facilitate Spanish and Catalan workshops for learners.
Maintain a healthy culture and climate for learners, promoting confidence, agency, and self‑management skills as they become self‑directed learners.
C2 level of English.
Fluent level of Spanish and Catalan required.
Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
