This role supports service delivery and may guide other professional-level staff in non-routine situations. The Field Service Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring that all services are executed with quality, efficiency, and safety. This role acts as a bridge between the customer and the national technical team, working closely with the Operations Director, the Operations Backoffice and the Workshop Coordinator.
