We are looking for a highly analytical M&A; Analyst / Senior Analyst to support our deal‑making activities across the entire transactional lifecycle. Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities
Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability
Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal‑related documentation
Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis
Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Support negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance (engineering degree plus additional academic background in Business or Finance is a strong plus)
