Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to be a part of our service department at Madrid 4S dealership (BYD + DENZA). This role is pivotal in ensuring with an excellent car-buying experience.
Position Overview Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales contracts and processing orders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and dealership services. Arrange test drives and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for customer inspection.
Coordination and Follow-up Coordinate with other departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer journey. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Inventory Management Monitor and update vehicle inventory records. Ensure vehicles in the showroom and lot are clean, well-maintained, and displayed attractively.




Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data for team reviews. Prepare periodic reports to track progress towards sales targets.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or above. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive products and the ability to learn quickly.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
