We are looking for a UiPath‑specialized Solutions Architect based in Madrid, Spain.
This is a field/hybrid role.
The UiPath Solution Architect acts as the trusted advisor and technical authority for designing, validating, and articulating multi‑technology solutions that meet customer needs and partner strategy while safeguarding commercial and technical integrity. This role combines deep technical expertise with pre‑sales engagement, enabling partners through workshops, demonstrations, and training while supporting sales teams in achieving revenue and profitability targets. The Solution Architect champions FUTURE‑READY behaviors—agility, tech fluency, and continuous improvement—while living our values: Validate technical, operational, and commercial feasibility; Provide configuration details, bill‑of‑materials, and technical validation for quotes prepared by IAMs or IVSS.
Work proactively within the reseller community to position UiPath’s full portfolio, including RPA, Process Mining, Automation Cloud, Document Understanding,



and Agentic AI capabilities.
Deliver technical sessions, workshops, and hands‑on training for partners and internal teams.
Maintain up‑to‑date vendor certifications and cross‑domain expertise (cloud, networking, security, collaboration).
Share knowledge internally through training and mentoring programs.
Understanding of automation, RPA and AI‑driven transformation from both a technical and commercial perspective.
RPA Developer, Business Analyst, Automation Solution Architect) is highly desirable.
Language: English (business fluency).
Familiarity with multi‑vendor IT distribution and channel sales.
Experience in partner enablement and technical training delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
