Recruit, train, and manage high‐performing executives (Inside Sales and Account Managers) to execute inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention.
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Incubate new business verticals to improve commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge, and share performance feedback with new‐hire managers.
Work directly with leadership to understand and establish OKRs and goals for the sales team.
Lead the new sellers onboarding program from day 1 through graduation of the ramp period.
Implement strategic sales coaching, planning, and forecasting as determined by leadership.




Exceed monthly sales targets/goals and complete all activities that drive revenue generation.
3–4 years of experience in sales.
Ability to manage end‐to‐end a large team and lead sales initiatives.
Results‐oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles.
International experience and fluency in Spanish and English.
Ideally, knowledge or experience dealing with Spanish real‐estate or bank companies.
