The Human Resources Directorate comprises Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Professional Development and Training, Strategic HR Projects, Personnel Administration and Labour Relations, and is currently formed by a team of seventeen professionals.
We are looking for an HR professional with experience in Talent Acquisition to coordinate our Talent Acquisition team (three professionals) and ensure the consistent, efficient and compliant delivery of recruitment processes across the organisation. The role will coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities, ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and support the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and systems.
Beyond Talent Acquisition, this is a broad HR role with active involvement across the wider Human Resources function.



The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across all HR areas, contributing to employee lifecycle activities, supporting the implementation of HR policies and programmes, and collaborating on a wide range of people-related matters to help deliver an excellent employee experience.
This is an interim position with an expected duration of approximately one year, covering a temporary organisational need. While temporary in nature, the role offers a valuable opportunity to gain broad exposure to the HR function and may provide opportunities to apply for other positions within the institution in the future.
