Overview As a Senior Data Scientist, Incubation Lab, you will be focused on designing, developing & scaling cutting-edge marketing analytics solutions to strategic client business problems. You will be joining an innovation & client first culture, where creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit are championed, fostered, and harnessed into the next-gen features of our evolving marketing analytics platform. You will be responsible for designing and building high-performance models & ML/AI algorithms and ensuring the accuracy & reliability of our platform's insights.
Design and develop advanced analytic solutions to cutting-edge client business problems in the world of marketing analytics, leveraging techniques across applied statistics, econometrics, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI disciplines.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in marketing science, machine learning, and AI, and work with the Incubation Lab Lead to identify opportunities to apply them to our platform.




Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team by serving as a mentor & talent multiplier to peers and juniors on the team.
6+ years of relevant experience in a data or decision science field.
~ Master’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related Data Science field.
~ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
~ Proficiency in working in code editors such as VSCode, RStudio, Jupyter Notebooks.
~ Jira, Confluence, Git.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
