Capital Sales Manager – Spain

As part of our continued international growth, we are strengthening our commercial presence in key European markets to support surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare providers with cutting‑edge surgical robotic technology.
We are now looking for an experienced Capital Sales Manager to help drive the growth of our business in Spain.
As our first local commercial hire in Spain, you will play a key role in expanding the adoption of Edge Medical’s surgical robotic platform. The position combines capital equipment sales, market development, and close collaboration with our distribution partners. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with hospitals and key opinion leaders, support distributor performance,



and help shape our long‑term commercial strategy in Spain.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target hospitals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital management, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
Work closely with local distributors to support business development, customer engagement, and sales execution.
Lead and support the capital sales process, including opportunity development, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Proven experience in capital medical equipment or high‑value medical device sales.
Experience selling to hospitals and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Fluent in Spanish with professional working proficiency in
