The opportunity We are looking for a People Operations Specialist who makes sure all the administrative and operational sides of HR run smoothly in our different locations: managing the employee lifecycle (hires, contracts, terminations), payroll, benefits, and data systems (HRIS), ensuring compliance with labour law in each country in coordination with the HRBPs.
Responsibilities Employee lifecycle administration
Coordinate documentation with local advisors.
Systems & data (HRIS)
Ensure data integrity and consistency.
Payroll




Administer benefits enrolment and management.
Resolve operational queries together with the HRBP.
Processes, policies, and compliance
Safeguard compliance documentation by country.
Degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
~2+ years in People Operations, HR administration, or a similar role, ideally in a high‑growth or multi‑site environment.
~ Solid knowledge of labour law and HR administrative processes; Factorial) and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
~ Fluent English; other languages (Spanish, Italian) a plus.
~ Proactive, discreet with confidential data, and a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.
