As a Service Engineer (Portugal) , you will be responsible for providing both post-sales technical support, ensuring the proper performance of our photovoltaic and energy storage solutions.




Provide post-sales technical support to clients (distributors, installers, EPCs).
Participate in post-sales support, resolving technical queries.
Perform commissioning and on-site technical support (~20%).
Deliver technical training sessions on products and solutions.
Support key events and trade fairs when technical presence is required.
Ensure high-quality service, maintaining clear and professional communication even in critical situations.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar .
At least 2 years of experience in technical support (pre-sales or post-sales) in the photovoltaic sector.
Residential, C&I; and utility-scale PV systems and Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
Experience with leading inverter brands (Huawei, Sungrow, etc.) Portuguese (mandatory)
Spanish (nice to have)
Adaptable and hybrid work options
Intensive working hours during summer and fridays
