It sits at the intersection of food technology, project execution, and operations: you will spend significant time in the lab and on the pilot plant floor,



not just coordinating from a desk.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to bring new noodle products from concept to reality.
Document trials rigorously (protocols, results, deviations, learnings) and maintain technical records to support decision‑making and knowledge transfer.
Validate nutritional and cost targets together with the Nutrition and Costing teams before initiating lab trials, to avoid late‑stage rework.
Fluent in English & Spanish (Italian, German, French and Dutch valuable).
