At Foundever , we are expanding our team for an exclusive premium automotive project , partnering with one of the world’s most prestigious luxury car brands.
This opportunity is idóneo for candidates already living in Spain or open to relocating to Madrid to join a global company offering stability and long-term growth.
Working hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week
Contract: Replacement contract, full time
Salary: €20,000 gross per year
Initial training: Fully paid, on-site in Madrid
Your role

Manage inbound customer inquiries from high-profile clients
Identify customer needs and provide tailored, effective solutions
Follow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools
Represent a premium automotive brand while maintaining the highest quality standards

What we are looking for

Native or C2-level Dutch
Advanced English (minimum B2)
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Experience with ticketing or CRM tools is a plus
Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate
Legal eligibility to work in Spain prior to the start date
