Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the fire safety or security systems industry




Ability to perform market analysis and contribute to the development of business plans
Knowledge of the Spanish fire markets is required
A basic understanding of other Ajax product lines, including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems
Market Growth & Strategy: Collaborate with the Iberia Country Manager to define a comprehensive business plan and strategy for expanding Ajax's fire system offerings across Spain and Portugal
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and challenges in the fire safety sector. Business Planning: Support the future growth of Ajax fire systems by contributing to the creation of long‑term business strategies and tactical plans to increase market share in the residential and commercial sectors
