Sales Assistant (Plan&Order; Point) Your Mission: Inspired Consultations & Personalized Home Planning Your primary goal involves driving boutique commercial success. At the same time, you will keep the sales floor beautifully aligned with corporate presentation standards. Therefore, you will manage personalized customer consultations, design tailored room layouts using digital tools, and assist with product financing or order placements. Consequently,



you will eliminate floor service delays during peak hours and protect IKEA’s global brand reputation flawlessly.
Spatial Solution Design: Design complete, functional decoration solutions for any room in the house using IKEA’s dedicated digital planning tools.
Full Range Sales: Master the full IKEA product catalog to present, plan, and sell functional home solutions and complementary services.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including price estimation, payment processing, and financing arrangements.
Floor Collaboration: Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high customer service benchmarks and boost daily commercial performance.
Sales & Language Foundations: You bring a strong interest or background in retail sales, along with a B2 level of English proficiency.
Digital Literacy: You possess good office automation skills and feel comfortable navigating digital planning too
