To deal with customer queries and complaints with an immediate first response and subsequent continuous monitoring of incidents,



maintaining contact with the customer in order to obtain the required levels of satisfaction. Quality assurance of suppliers and their continuous development in order to achieve the company's objectives. He will also prepare approval reports for new parts, participating in the project up to the preparation of the PPAP dossier. Monitoring of projects at homologation level, preparation and monitoring of first samples and management of metrology in the laboratory.
Attention to customer complaints, registration of incidents and creation of 8D analysis reports.
Monitoring of customer satisfaction and on-time response indicators.
Support in internal analysis of complaints, participation in analysis meetings and creation of metrology reports.
Frequent visits to customers in order to achieve quality standards.
Periodically auditing suppliers to ensure the required level of quality, assisting them in the innovation and development of their
