Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the merchant acquiring business across Southern Europe.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new merchants, focusing on e-commerce, digital businesses, SaaS, and retail.
Generate outbound business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contractual agreements.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, CRM updates, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.




Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within payments, merchant acquiring, fintech, PSP, e-commerce, or merchant services.
~ Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including transaction flows and compliance fundamentals.
~ Knowledge of local payment methods and trends within Southern Europe.
~ Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage an outbound sales pipeline.
~ Existing network of merchants and industry decision-makers is essential.
~ Strong CRM discipline with a structured approach to reporting and forecasting.
