We are scaling quickly, and this role will be key to driving our business operations across France.

As a Payroll Operations Specialist, you will drive operational excellence by bridging internal operations and technical payroll delivery. You will ensure that every payroll cycle, statutory submissions,



and client input meet our highest standards of precision, local compliance, and strict SLA adherence in France.

This is not just about executing calculations; it is about serving as the core technical expert providing accurate insights on provisions and payroll simulations, and ensuring our cross-functional stakeholders have the clarity and confidence needed to scale operations seamlessly, every single cycle.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full monthly payroll cycle for +350 employees and clients (across 5 entities), including data collection, monthly updates, income tax calculations, and Social Security reconciliations, while ensuring accurate processing via local payroll platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, taxes, and benefits, providing clear and timely support to internal stakeholders.
Oversee mandatory statutory submissions, collaborate with Finance
