The Challenge ?

Identify, frame, and shape a design roadmap aimed at enhancing our user
experience and driving key business metrics. In this role, you will operate with
a high degree of autonomy — you are not waiting for a roadmap to execute or a
solution to be handed to you. You will bring a strong design and user
perspective to product strategy: understand where the PM is headed, what the
data shows, and what users need — then align, challenge,



and shape the direction
so that design thinking influences how problems are framed, not just how they're
solved.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Wallapop's
discovery journey — creating engaging, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.
Your work will directly enhance how millions of users discover and connect with
unique items. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on design execution:
you will help define design strategies and frameworks while building seamless,
multi-feature end-to-end flows with an elevated UI. By partnering with
cross-functional teams, you will move Wallapop's product vision forward and
ensure every initiative delivers measurable value for both our community and the
business.
