We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HV Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of High Voltage (HV) infrastructure for utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of HV EPC projects, from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and project close-out. This role requires extensive experience in HV substations, transmission systems,



and grid connection infrastructure, together with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of High Voltage (HV) works for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.
Manage all phases of HV project delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, energization, and project close-out.
Oversee the delivery of HV substations, power transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, protection and control systems, HV cable systems, transmission lines, and grid connection infrastructure.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, technical, quality, and HSE requirements.
Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, risk registers, and progress reporting.
