ABOUT THE ROLE

The Supply Chain Specialist is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for
analyzing, developing, and implementing long-term supply chain strategies and
networks to support business objectives. This role manages projects from design
to implementation, monitors key performance metrics, and drives process
improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies addressing capacity
planning, production location decisions, and network optimization.
* Support business execution of new programs, including promotional activities,
forecasting, coordination for key events, product launches, and network
redesigns.
* Monitor sales and operations planning performance indicators and
cost-to-serve metrics,



coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve
supply chain effectiveness.
* Analyze complex problems, recommend solutions, and enhance processes,
systems, or products to improve performance.
* Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members, and oversee
projects or processes as needed.
* Communicate and influence senior internal and external stakeholders to
achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

* 3–5 years of experience in Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Supply
Planning, Inventory Planning, or a closely related supply chain planning role
within a manufacturing or medical device environment.
* Hands-on experience in supply chain planning within the medical device or
pharmaceutical industry.
* Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, project management, and
process improvement methodologies.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
