The Floor Cashier plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of all guest billing and payment processes. Acting as a key liaison between the service floor, bar, reservations, and Finance Department, you’ll ensure that every transaction is executed with precision, discretion, and care. Key Responsibilities - Process guest checkouts across various outlets (restaurant, beach, bar, cabanas) with speed and precision. - Handle all types of payments (cash, credit card, vouchers)
