You'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing New Balance.Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.Become an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.What We're Looking ForFluency in both German and English.What We OfferStart Date: ASAP.Contract:



Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 20:00 - Rotative Saturdays (2 per month)Salary: €13,086.78 gross per year.Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.Training: Full-Time Training for 7 days.
