ROLE

As a Consultant within Alira Health’s Management Consulting Division, you will
work on client engagements at the intersection of life sciences and strategy,
owning and leading project workstreams. Working within a project team under the
guidance of an Engagement Manager or Principal, you will drive engagements
spanning market and opportunity assessments, portfolio and indication
prioritizations, commercial due diligences, and corporate and growth strategy
projects. Your core contribution will involve leading secondary and primary
research activities,



developing analytical frameworks, and translating complex
evidence into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead secondary research activities and manage primary interview campaigns
end-to-end, including profile screening, discussion guide development, and
interview monitoring.

• Lead the structuring and development of quantitative models, including
assumption setting, scenario analysis, and model validation.

• Synthesize findings across multiple analyses into structured insights and
develop coherent sections of client deliverables, ensuring outputs align with
the overarching project narrative.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of workstream outputs,
including reviewing and proofreading contributions from junior team members.
