Lear Corporation is a integral leader in automotive technology, specializing in
seating and E-Systems. With a strong focus on innovation and advanced
manufacturing, Lear operates in over 35 countries.The WIP Plant in Valladolid,
recently acquired by Lear, is an out-of-motion facility now being revitalized as
part of Lear’s expansion in industrial automation and production efficiency.




This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new chapter in the plant’s
transformation, contributing to cutting-edge automation solutions in a dynamic
and growing environment.

Lear Corporation’s plant in Valladolid, Spain, develops advanced automation
solutions for manufacturing, including customized robotics and AI-based systems.

Role Overview:

Responsible for programming and commissioning PLCs and industrial robots for
automated machinery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Responsable que los procesos de mantenimiento se desarrollan y documentan según
lo establecido y planificado, ayudando a identificar y resolver incidencias y
trasladando al responsable de mantenimiento y al responsable de equipo las
situaciones que no se han podido reconducir, ayudando al mismo para encontrar
medidas correctivas.

-Ayudar al TL técnico en la planificación y ejecución de los mantenimientos
preventivos en las paradas técnicas.

-Ejecutar la intervención en máquina, dise
