? Your mission:

Own the German-speaking market by identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.

, giving you the autonomy to build your own pipeline, develop strategic accounts and directly contribute to the company's continued expansion.

? What you'll be doing:




- Build a high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Engage Finance and business leaders through consultative sales conversations.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on business impact.
- Manage complex sales cycles from discovery to negotiation and close.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.

✅ What we're looking for:
- Experience as an SDR, BDR or Account Executive within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A genuine passion for new business development and outbound sales.
- Native or fluent German and professional English.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A proactive, resilient mindset with the ambition to exceed targets.
- Organised, autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
