The Role

Data center delivery lives and dies on the schedule. As our Planning Manager for
Data Center Projects in Madrid, you own Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
and schedule integrity across DayOne's active developments and future pipeline
in Spain, from early-stage development through construction, commissioning, and
operational readiness. You will set the planning standard our PMCs and
contractors work to, surface risks before they become delays, and give project
leadership the schedule intelligence to make fast, informed decisions. This is a
role for a planner from mission-critical or MEP-intensive construction who wants
direct ownership on the client side of one of Europe's fastest-growing data
center programs.

What You'll Do

Schedule Development

* Develop and maintain Level 1 to 3 project schedules across all project
development stages
