Ensures the product design and product industrialization including associated tools (moulds, checking fixtures, validation equipment, etc.) within the QCT requirements (non-event launches, robust manufacturing)
Ensures cross functional management of the extended team

Product design & validation:

Works according to HSE requirements
Can be involved in upstream phases of the project (expertise phase, acquisition phase)
Analyses Customer Needs and Draw-up PO Specifications
Defines the concepts of the product design to meet customers specifications and GD&T; and ensure that the Plastic Omnium standard conception rules are respected
Ensures that the design for manufacturing (assembly, paint, plant & packaging) are fulfilled
