JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Manager will be a key contributor to the power supply team. The
individual will become involved in all technical aspects of the design and
development activities of power supply technologies. The candidate needs to
have excellent project management skills and capable of managing budgets and
schedules as well as managing outsource vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):
• Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOL, including:
new technology survey, Product positioning statement, sales training materials,
feature & function benefit summaries, RMAs, etc.
• Direct all activities of the Power Supply Division to ensure the consistent
with principles of resource and required reliability.
• Ensure the activities of the Power Supply Division meet all required operating
practices and responsibilities of the power supply adequacy and security.
• Creating product specifications and positioning documents, conducting tactical
competitive analysis, and critical situation management
• Drive quality improvements by eliminating sources of defects in the design,
new product introduction, and manufacturing processes
• Overall responsibility for coordination of operational activities associated
with the introduction of a new product worldwide, and Factory Product
