BILLING SPECIALIST

We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring an administrative dedicated to invoicing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Essential: professional experience in the transport, logistics, import and export sectors
- Knowledge of transport documentation and customs processes
- Spoken and written Spanish and English proficiency
- Plus: knowledge of SAP and Wexlog
- Organizational skills, attention to details and ability to manage priorities
- Sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skill set
- Ability to work proficiently in a pleasant international and dynamic environment.

TASKS:
- formulation of rates
- issuing of invoices
- customer support regarding billing-related issues
