JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking a Power Supply Design Engineer who can lead the product
design, review, and validation of server power supply and related products. The
adecuado engineer will not just lead a team but will be a hands-on and shall have
2+ years ITE server power supply design experiences cover PFC, flyback, LLC,
phase shift, power sharing, OringFET applications in mass production with
records. This individual will be required to work cross-department and assist




product managers as needed in product design and development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):

* Design and develop high-efficiency, high-power-density power supplies and
DC-to-DC converters.
* Support the development and testing of power shelves, including functional
and performance validation.
* Participate in design reviews during new product development to ensure
designs meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements.
* Contribute to performance optimization and quality improvement efforts for
existing power supply products.
* Review second-source technical data and test reports, and assist with the
implementation and validation of second-source components.
* Assist with power supply system analysis, including investigation of RMA
issues and implementation of corrective actions to improve product
reliabilit
