• Act as a bridge between local business users (Florida - USA) and Corporate IT (Madrid - Spain).
• Coordinate different consulting companies and technicians.
• Identify gray areas and potential risks and define corrective actions.
• Define applications roadmap in coordination with Corporate IT.
• Manage budget adherence.
• Make sure all projects are delivered on time, scope and budget.
• Ensure quality of the key project phases (definition, design, testing and training).

• Confirmed Project Management experience.
• Experience implementing ERP and CRM.
• Experience coordinating several projects in parallel.
• Ability to manage project budget.
• Must have experience dealing with various levels within company.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
• Capacity to motivate the team and manage key users in a project environment.
• Good presentation skills.
• It is plus: Oracle JD-Edwards and Salesforce Sales experience, working experience in USA.
