Multilingual Customer Service & Sales Opportunities in Europe
We are currently hiring Danish, Dutch, and German speakers for exciting Customer Service and Sales roles across Europe — including Barcelona, Athens, and Portugal.
Role Overview
As part of an international team, you will support customers or business clients via phone, email, and chat while delivering a high level of service or driving sales performance.
Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests

Provide solutions in a professional and timely manner

Handle inbound/outbound communication

Identify upselling or business opportunities (for sales roles)

Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Requirements

Fluent in Danish, Dutch, or German (C1–C2)

Good level of English (B2+)

Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

EU passport or valid work permit (for most roles)
