We are seeking an accomplished Principal Scientist to join our Analytical & Formulation Sciences team as an expert in mass spectrometry and biophysical methods for proteins therapeutics and new complex modalities. In this role, you will provide scientific and strategic leadership for the development and application of advanced analytical methods supporting product developability, comparability, and characterization across the R&D; portfolio. You will play a central role in shaping our analytical strategy,



establishing and expanding our in-house capabilities, mentoring scientists, and driving innovation in molecular analytics to accelerate development in medical dermatology.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, the Principal Scientist will act as a key liaison between discovery and development activities for new products thereby contributing to the advancement of our diverse dermatology portfolio. The idóneo candidate will be instrumental in supporting the needs of a versatile dermatology portfolio, enabling the organization to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving therapeutic landscape. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional experimental strategies and promoting innovation.
